The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), responsible for civic administration and infrastructure in Pune, Maharashtra, needed a modern, secure, and high-performing web platform to improve usability, accessibility, and SEO visibility. CLIENT REQUIREMENT

PMC’s old website had several issues that negatively impacted both user experience and search engine performance. The design was outdated and cluttered, making it difficult for users—especially on mobile devices—to navigate. Page load times were slow, particularly on important government service pages. From an SEO perspective, many key pages weren’t indexed or ranking due to technical issues. The absence of a sitemap and robots.txt file made it hard for search engines to crawl the site.
