Responsibilities
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in handling large-scale projects or multiple projects independently from end to end using MERN and/or MEAN.
- Strong experience in team handling, task allocation, technical guidance, and project coordination.
- Proven ability to manage client communication, expectations, requirements, and project updates.
- Good understanding of AI technologies, AI-powered applications, and AI development trends.
- Experience working with or integrating AI/ML-based solutions, APIs, or AI-enabled features is preferred.
- Strong understanding of upcoming software development, engineering tools, technologies, trends, and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively resolve technical and project-related challenges.
Requirements
- Manage and deliver full-stack web projects end to end with the desired quality and within defined timelines.
- Lead and coordinate the development team across different stages of the development lifecycle.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintain effective and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements, manage expectations, provide regular project updates, and address concerns proactively.
- Plan and estimate project scope by analyzing technical requirements and project specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, scalable, and reliable code.
- Participate in technical discussions, design workshops, code reviews, and project deployment activities.
- Identify technical challenges and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve project impediments.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, development tools, and approaches that can improve project delivery.
- Explore and implement AI-based tools and technologies where relevant to improve product capabilities and development efficiency.
- Work on integration of AI-related APIs, services, or features as required by project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and project-related reports.
- Conduct design and review meetings with stakeholders and follow up on day-to-day project activities.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, coding practices, security guidelines, and project processes.
- Proactively identify project risks and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure effective coordination between development, QA, support, and other teams to achieve project objectives.
