The client wanted to build an exceptional platform to compete with some big names.
- The website required to have an option to book an appointment with the landlord.
- The client asked us to add a feature to split the rent amongst the roommates.
- Some additional features like locating hostels nearby university or any other location were also demanded.
- It was also important to add the FAQ and maintenance request tab for the tenant's convenience.

We developed the platform that made whole renting service easy
- By using Laravel API we developed an elegant website that enables all the options that the client had requested us.
- The tenants can split the rent equally, request owner for maintenance and many more.
- As this project had many modules and complicated implementation we used Eloquent ORM maintain a safe and secure database
